About Keri Norley
I am a woman, wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, weight loss coach, copywriter, internet marketer and so much more.
I have listened to people talk about their struggles and successes with weight loss, life and business, as a coach, for years. It is my passion and hobby to understand what goes through people’s minds and to help them get their heart’s desires.
Recently, I had my first child bless us with his presence on Earth. Becoming a mother has been one of the greatest joys in life. Of course, being pregnant took it’s toll on my body. Due to complications I was asked to do minimal and gentle exercise, if any. I also, like many had strange cravings. To top it off, I had a c-section. This not only meant 6 more weeks (and then some) of little movement, but a whole bunch of vital muscles severed! Of course… I put fat on my body in places I didn’t know existed and lost much of my muscle mass.
I have been on a journey to get back into my yummy mummy clothes. My husband teaches people how to get rid of fat in all those unwanted areas. You know your flabby arms or love handles? Those places that no matter how hard you train or what you eat, you can’t seem to get rid of… So, I am taking on his challenge to get rid of mine.
Since so many of my clients, friends and people I don’t even know struggle with this everyday, I thought I would make my journey public so you can all see how I do this and get through it to lose the fat. I may put myself out of a job here, but I’m willing to do that, if it helps people to FINALLY create their ideal body. That is after all, what I do, so how I help you is only a minor detail in my goal to help people around the world be healthy mind, body and spirit!
I think I forgot to mention in here… Yes, I am a chocoholic. I grew up with a mom who is an amazing chef. Her favorite thing to do is bake, especially chocolate. I used to come home from school with the delicious aroma of chocolate wafting throughout the house. My love for chocolate is as strong as ever. It is my weakness. For some it’s a glass of wine or coffee, for me… chocolate. Oh, how can I refuse such a delicious, mouth watering, completely satisfying food?
So… here begins the confessions of a chocoholic on her journey to get rid of her pregnancy fat.
