BELIEVE IN YOURSELF SO MUCH THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO BACK YOU

DO YOU WANT TO CREATE YOUR DREAMS? REALLY? Or are you just giving me lip service?

If you want to create your dreams, then let’s talk about courage… 💪💪💪

Many people SAY they want to create their dreams. In the personal development industry… in watching movies like “The Secret”… in self-help books… You may begin to open your mind and THINK…I can do that. I want to meditate and visualise and have all my dreams become my reality.

And so you go about it. Doing the meditation. Getting frustrated with the meditation, when your monkey mind doesn’t slow down… so you stop the meditation. Or you pretend to do it. 😇✌️❤️

You visualise, but then while you visualise… you are beating yourself up for not having it yet. What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I make my dreams my reality? This is what “they”… the “gurus” tell me to do. I’m visualising… but nothing is changing.

I got my vision board done. I EVEN DID Keri’s FENG SHUI YOUR VISION BOARD TRAINING… (If you haven’t… ask me for the link and I’ll get it off to you. It’s currently something I’m giving away for free, but SUPER valuable).

You plead with G-d, the universe, whatever you call it… PLEASE… IF YOU JUST GIVE ME THIS, THEN I’ll… OMG… STOP THE PLEADING. You are really just needing to CONVINCE YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE ON BOARD WITH YOU. 🙏🙏🙏

And after all this and more still… STUCK. FRUSTRATED AS FUCK that your dreams are still that… a twinkle in the sky… left as dreams. 💫🌟🌠

OR… you are frustrated that you have been able to get ONE area of your life moving forward but the rest… they are a HOT MESS. 🔥🔥🔥

Let me let you in a little

SECRET. 

YOU WANT TO KNOW THE SECRET?

Ok… I’ll tell you…

The secret… LOOK DEEP WITHIN… INTO THE DARKNESS… INTO YOUR SHADOWS…

This is where your “stuff” is lurking that is keeping you from your dreams.

You see unfortunately… many people paint this picture of love and light and keep everything positive and all you have to do is know what you want and visualise your dreams into reality.

Whilst this is true… you do need to know that…

The other piece of this is…YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO WALK THROUGH THE DARKNESS TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE.

And let’s be SUPER CLEAR…

The darkness… it’s full of unknowns, surprises you weren’t planning for… and it can be scary as f*ck.

Today… as I supported one of my gorgeous clients to have the courage to walk this path… and she expressed her gratitude for me being there in her times of breakdown… tears streaming down her face… unsure if she could take another step… not sure what step to take…

I can promise… she had to dig in and find more courage then she has ever had to in order to begin to look her stuff SQUARE IN THE FACE and have the courage to STAND IN HER ALIGNMENT AND TRUTH… even when it means disappointing others… even when it means doing things in a completely new way.

because we know… That if what you are doing isn’t working… then continuing to handle things the SAME WAY… will give you the SAME RESULTS…

You know… that definition of INSANITY, right?🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Doing the same thing and expecting different results. Yeah… how’s THAT going for you?

And so… as she expressed her gratitude for me being there to hold space for her to go through this (because of course she has access to me when she needs and I’m available to discuss this stuff…) I said to her…

“My pleasure. This is why you have me. Because I know most people, including me, don’t have the courage to do this work ALONE”. (NOR do I think you will go as deep as you can, IF you do this alone…)

I’m here to reflect to my clients what they get to see in order to make the choices that will empower them to move forward and do so with so much love.   

And… whilst I will love on you… I will also be REAL. I’m not here to sugar coat things. And when there are patterns you are playing out… things you are doing over and over again… I will be here to show you them. YES… it may hurt… but this is the only way forward.

I’m here to hold space for you and to love on you and believe in you when in that moment in time… it feels like the world is falling apart around you. 😱🧚‍♀️🤘💙💜

AND YES… it actually may be falling apart around you. AND YES… that is SO PERFECT.

Because… in order to re-build a house… you must first tear it down. 🏡🏡🏡

So… if you are looking around you in your life and you realise… your dreaming of things and just don’t seem to be getting closer to them… You are doing amazing in one area of your life (maybe your business), but the rest of your life is a MESS behind the scenes… and you think that you can keep covering it up…

You think that it will somehow by magic get better if you meditate on it and visualise it better but you aren’t willing to look deep within and see how YOU are creating the mess… if you aren’t willing to walk into the darkness and create the light… then gorgeous one… I’m #sorrynotsorry but it’s highly unlikely you will move through your stuff and create your dreams.

It takes COURAGE… an inner strength you probably don’t even realise you ALREADY have in order to WALK AWAY FROM ALL THAT IS NOT SERVING YOU so that you can live a life of COMPLETE ALIGNMENT. COMPLETE. IN ALL AREAS. 💪💪💪

And if you have been afraid to walk this alone, then don’t. If you ARE SERIOUSLY COMMITTED TO YOUR DREAMS… I MEAN SERIOUSLY… then you will say yes to YOU. You will say yes to being willing to walk where you have never walked before… so that you can have what you have never had before and you will create these dreams faster than you ever dreamed possible. 😍💃

THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU WORK WITH ME.

What I know to be true… After over 12 years in this industry… from my own evolution and from the coaches I know… NOT ALL COACHES ARE THE SAME.

You want to pay less… you want things for free… That is what you are saying you are worthy of.

You want to walk into the depths of your soul and be held safely on this wild ride… in the light and the dark… To be seen and loved for WHO YOU ARE… then this is a gift only some of us doing this magical work possess.

I have spent many years dimming my own light. I have spent many years not claiming the power of my work. NO MORE.

There are not many who have walked into the darkness and sat in it. Moved through it and created dream after dream into reality.

And unless the person you are working with has actually journeyed into this deep places in their soul and continues to journey through this work… there is no way they can guide you there into yours.

I couldn’t do that. I know. I didn’t do this work 12 years ago. I didn’t have the capacity in myself so I couldn’t have held space for you.

But thankfully… I never gave up on myself and I have continued to educate myself and continued to grow more and more as I sink deeper and deeper within…   

AND… I bring this work to you.

And if you are not ready to go deep within and completely OWN YOUR LIFE AND CREATE IT ALL ON YOUR TERMS… then don’t come and play with me. I’m not the right person for you.

If you want someone who is going to fall for your excuses and stories and let you stay stuck playing out the games and not moving forward… then see someone else… because I’m not that person.

But if you want to feel loved in a way that you may never have felt before… by me… and then BY YOURSELF… because I help you SEE YOU… and the deepest parts of your soul and how fucking beautiful you are… and how you ABSOLUTELY DESERVE, are WORTHY OF and CAN CREATE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY…
