Three of the most difficult words to say for most of us

It’s a funny thing to say…

“I LOVE MYSELF.”

So simple.. those three words.

And yet… three of the most difficult words to say for most of us, including myself.

Until yesterday.

Yesterday changed my entire time line and the my lineage line and my entire soul.

“I LOVE MYSELF.”

It’s now a soul contract.

Yesterday, as I sat on the floor on a pillow, while the cool breeze brushed across my skin… I embodied a woman in a past life who made a soul contract that said this…

“behave. please the person that needs pleasing.”

This is the contract I entered into lifetimes ago.

And yesterday… I changed that contract, in one of the most intensely moving and soul changing conversations with my soul that I have ever had.

And not only that… I had the deep trust in someone holding space for me and witnessing me as I embarked into the deepest recesses of my soul. To be seen in that space takes everything to a whole new level.

To have someone reflecting and asking the soul deep questions at the right moment in time… This depth wouldn’t have happened any other way. (It’s why I LOVE the work I do with clients, cause I get to do this for others. )

Anyway… in this embodiment… I found a way to keep a deeply hurt woman safe and After tears and a deep exploration… we changed the contract.

The new contract that I made…

“I love myself”.

And that… changed everything in my soul. Literally.

I am safe to be me and love myself.

It’s that simple now.

Where there was once a charge in loving myself…

Where once I almost had to PROVE to myself that I loved me, even though it did feel like love of myself to the level that I could go…

Where once I needed validation and praise for me being me and loving me… there is peace.

I simply love me.

I don’t love the story of me… or the things I have or the moments I create… I love me. My soul. Bare and naked. With nothing to hide and for no other reason.

I let go of all rules.

I let go of all expectations.

I let go of the griping, strangling desire for control that I had on life.

And I am free.

Even though over the years of studying and embodying the laws of attraction and so many spiritual principles, I have gotten better at this surrender. I have had more trust, faith and belief every day.

But this week… Each person, each moment that has touched my life since Wednesday night…

has helped my open space to a whole new existence in my life.

A far more open-hearted, loving, simple, joyful, playful existence in life.

Now… It just is.

My soul contract…

“I love myself”.

And so it is.
