‘I’M AWAKE!’ CONNECTING WOMB AND HEART WITH THE COSMOS OF THE UNIVERSE
Laying on the table, naked, raw, open… cocooned in blankets wrapped tightly around me and my womb.
Safe, guarded, protected…
MAGIC happened.
My womb beat.
My heart beat.
I beat in unison with the cosmos of the universe.
This may seem totally out there and ‘airy fairy’ for some of you, but PLEASE… man or woman… read on. I know it’s a bit long… but it’s worth it. I promise.
I’m going to do my absolute best to channel the words that are finally here for me to even begin to explain to you the power of what happened for me last week… really… a culmination of work that has been going on all this year.
And I’m going to share some very vulnerable, tender moments of life simply because… I believe this is a CRUCIAL PIECE to healing this planet… and to ALL OF US being able to wake up and live in the deepest space of magic, connection, and love.

The majority of the humans on this planet walk around ASLEEP.
Totally unconscious.
Living in your heads.
Living in the norm and in the stories of what culture has taught us without actually considering if it works for you.
We have more people that I want to think about taking medications for anxiety, depression, pain and more.
DISCONNECTED.
ASLEEP.
NOT LISTENING TO YOUR BODY.
NOT LISTENING TO YOUR SOUL.
That moment on the table…
Where I found the beat of my womb and pulsed it in perfect unison with my heart and then in the most incredible in and out of body experience… with the beat of the cosmos…
LIFE CHANGED FOREVER.
But this moment here isn’t just because I turned up one time to work with one woman to have a powerful womb/yoni healing session.
It’s because of the years of consistent work I have done to CLEAR SHIT and BUILD A SUPER STRONG CONTAINER to HOLD the new information coming in and the GORGEOUS, SEXY, INCREDIBLY POWERFUL SOUL THAT I HAVE BECOME.
Or more correctly… The person I ALWAYS WAS… and have REMEMBERED.
In this moment… when I asked the question… why is this wild in and out of body experience happening to me again and again, cause it felt strange and I wasn’t quite sure if it was ok…
The answer…
I’M AWAKE.
I’M AWAKE.
I’M AWAKE.
Over and over again.
And I sat, feeling this beat move through me over and over again.
COMPLETE SURRENDER.
There was no ME…
SURRENDER.

I have been doing very deep healing work, connecting work for about 4 years now… starting with my shamanic training. That took me to places I had never been, literally.
Learning to journey into different dimensions and consciousness to connect with things that are not here in this dimension for us to connect with, yet.
This year… I started to sink into the mysteries of the womb.
I have been hearing about this and could get it from a conscious concept, but had no idea what it really meant.
Maybe that’s where you are now… Or maybe you have never even heard anyone ever talking about the magic and mysteries of the womb.
This is what I am saying about being so disconnected, earlier.
I mean women… we are gifted with our wombs to birth children.
And most of us have never actually honoured the power of what we do…
Cursing our periods…
Cursing the emotional roller coaster that is our monthly cycle.
Taking pain pills to disconnect from it.
Living in fear of birthing children.
Living in fear of the pain of the womb.
For all this and more… disconnected to the magical mystery of the womb…
THE POINT OF CREATION.
LITERALLY and METAPHORICALLY.
I will never forget the gorgeous woman, Morgana Villén Castro coming into the retreat last week and her gorgeous sexy, Spanish self, with skin glowing and a beautiful accent saying… You can birth EVERYTHING from your womb.
This is nothing I didn’t know. This has been the mystery of this space for me this year.
And she rolled back on the floor, spreading her legs… lovingly touching her inner thighs, in her bold voice proclaiming that she will birth her new home from her womb in the next couple months.
And something in that moment was so juicy and I got it…
THE POINT OF ALL CREATION.
But here’s what happens women…
WE BLOCK THIS.
DAY IN AND OUT.
And we wonder why we can’t create EVERYTHING WE DESIRE.
The law of attraction will take us so far, but then… the blocks… they come thick and fast to that which YOU REALLY WANT.
THE DEEP STUFF.
It’s because on a deep cellular level… YOU ARE SHUT DOWN.
I was shut down.
I am NOT ALONE in having a TON OF SHIT in regards to how I ALLOWED MYSELF to be treated by not only men, also women… but let’s talk about men for a moment here…
I allowed myself to be penetrated by men that I didn’t really want to be.
But for VALIDATION… to feel a FALSE CONNECTION… I said yes.
Even with loving partners… we have all had times where we allow them to penetrate us when we don’t really want it… to keep them happy. Right?
I’m not alone.
I’m sure we have ALL been there, on some level.
And… we have been taught to hate our periods…
The MEDICAL INDUSTRY has taught us to have birth control that stops our periods, disconnecting ourselves.
I was on the pill for at least 10 years from soon after I started menstruating… to ‘regulate’ my hormones and help with the pain and debilitating headaches that came with my period those years and beyond until the last couple years where I barely have any pain associated with my period, naturally.
Why does something that is so powerful, so natural need to be regulated by medicine that isn’t of the earth?
What if we actually connected with this incredible sacred space that literally has the power to magically grow and birth life?
EVERY SINGLE COUPLE or WOMAN that has ever experienced the magic of carrying a child in their womb… and the wonder that is felt when that baby is born… thinking about the magic of how the body just knows how to grow from 2 cells… held in this SACRED SPACE OF THE WOMB knows the magic I am speaking of.
THE POINT OF CREATION.
And yet… we punish it. We go through trauma when birthing children especially since in most cases, we are not given the choice to trust our own bodies to birth it, but are in a controlled environment where we are told what to do and when.
AND THEN… WE WONDER WHY WE STRUGGLE TO BIRTH OUR DEEPEST DREAMS INTO THE WORLD.
We fail to trust and surrender into the magic of the womb space.
Into our god given right.
On all levels.
BLOCKED.
So when I started this year to dive into the whole concept of the ‘womb space’… I would do the whole… connect with my womb thing… knowing there was a deeper level of connection, but also knowing… I had to start somewhere.
And also feeling like many of you probably will when you begin, if you begin this powerful practice…
I FELT DEAD.
I connected to the darkness… but honestly couldn’t ‘FEEL’ anything.
I kept doing it, thinking it’s better than nothing. Intention is powerful. And Just start. Which of course, is perfect and exactly how many of you will start too.
Even just in reading this… something is waking up within you that you are likely to never have even considered before.
PERFECT. YES! CELEBRATE THAT.
Really… breathe this in.
Really… sit in the power of what I am saying to you.

2 weeks ago when I went to spend a day with Zapheria Bell to do the things womb space… I had this very powerful realisation…
I had 2 c-sections.
The first being a very traumatic emergency where Robbie and I both could have died. Quite literally.
I thought to myself…
Was I THAT DISCONNECTED to my womb that I didn’t actually TRUST it to do it’s job and birth my children?
I never went into labour with either of them.
Women who have birthed children… think about the connection of the birth and how THAT plays out in YOUR life. POWERFUL STUFF HERE.
I don’t know the answer to that question. And.. I don’t judge myself for what happened. All I care is that I have two gorgeous boys that grew inside of me and are now beautifully healthy and in my life.
But my womb feeling is… it’s true.
I was that disconnected to my womb.
How that even happens to us women is so sad to me.
That we are taught by society to SHUT OURSELVES DOWN and DISCONNECT from the MAGIC AND MYSTERY AND BEAUTY AND EVERYTHING ELSE…
OF BEING A WOMAN.
So we don’t open ourselves up to it breaks my heart.
We stay clenched, tight, restricted and wonder why we are collectively in pain on all levels and not stepping into our biggest dreams… our truest selves… and living from…
THE DIVINE FEMININE.
Our God given right.
WOMEN… THIS IS OUR WORK.
TO OPEN.
TO BLOSSOM
Into our DIVINITY.
Into our OPENNESS.
Into our SENSUALITY.
Into our GODDESS selves.
Not just by giving it lip-service.
Not by girlishly dressing up sexy or prancing around wanting to be looked at, seen, validated… from the broken woundedness of ourselves…
Instead…
from the divinity that lives within you.
From the completely embodied sensual, gorgeous, voluptuous, wild goddess that rages within you.
AND MEN…
We need you to do the work to stand in your DIVINE MASCULINE so that we as women can be the completely gorgeous incredible women we are… and feel safe and held to do so.
To get to this point…
it takes work.
it will not happen overnight.
It takes immense trust and faith.
It takes educating yourself…
getting ravenously curious…
Be willing to go to the darkest depths of this space, because it’s there that you find…
THE POINT OF CREATION.
AND YOU OPEN UP TO THE WORLD…
ALL THAT IS POSSIBLE…
Your dreams… are able to be birthed,
from the point of creation.
