Where are you feeling shame in your life?
Shame is one of those emotions that doesn’t serve us. It doesn’t help you raise your vibes to get what you want, it helps you to bring yourself down… and beat yourself up.

Stop listening to the demands of others.
Stop dimming your light.
Stop playing small.
Take a good look at yourself and do whatever it takes to remove the shame from your body and life and you will be amazed at how free you feel.
