THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CHOOSE A SOUL-ALIGNED LIFE…

The picture on the left was taken 3 years ago on my last day of my Diploma in Leadership in Creative Expression and Group training.

*** READ ON FOR A BIG REFLECTION ON LIFE… I know… this is along one, but SERIOUSLY worth the read.***

I had to deliver my final presentation, which was up to me to create in whatever way I wanted…

When I first started that INTENSE full-time one year training I was petrified to pick up a paint brush, I was scared to collage my journal that was handed to me in our welcome day. I thought I would fuck it all up. I was going to RUIN my creation before it even started.

Anyone else out there relate to this?

I would ROLL my eyes at my teacher every time she would give me something to create, which by the way… was EVERY DAY of class.

And she would laugh at me saying… ‘You know you signed up for a Diploma of CREATIVE EXPRESSION, right Keri?’

And I would smile… ‘YES… this is why I am here.’

I stood up in class that last day and read a poem, danced a beautiful, revealing dance and SANG. I was the last to go of everyone in my class and we all were sobbing tears. It was so beautiful. The expression… and how far I had come.

But the reality is… it was only the beginning. The ledge to jump off of.

My work in my shamanic studies and my leadership diploma opened me up to a whole new world of knowing how to connect with my soul…and allowing myself to do it every day.

The woman on the left… she knew she was born for more.

She knew she was born to help people to touch into their souls and create a life of their dreams.

She knew she had the power to change the world in a massive way.

She knew she had the skills.

And she was SCARED.

Anxiety has coursed through her veins all her life.

Fear of shining too bright…

Fear of being too big, too bold, too much…

She was a princess.

She was living with the beliefs that her husband should be able to provide for her, financially, emotionally, etc etc…

She wanted to blame HIM for all things going wrong in her life. She wanted to blame her mother… she wanted to look outside herself for the answers, EVEN THOUGH… she also LOOKED DEEP WITHIN.

She wanted someone to take away the DEEP PAIN she lived with everyday.

The pain of EVERYTHING. The fear of EVERYTHING.

EVEN THOUGH… EVEN THOUGH.. .

She was living an INCREDIBLE life.

Studying full time whilst growing her first online biz for herself and in her first year hitting $5000 months whilst having a 2 year old and 5 year old in kindergarten. This is no small feat.

We had a chef come weekly and people to clean our home…

My hubby was thriving in his massage biz with wait lists… which was based from home.

I was actually working with multiple health practitioners to overcome the toll two pregnancies and breast feeding had on my body.

And… SO MUCH FEAR.

So much UNKNOWN.

And so many dreams that I had NO IDEA how I would create.

It was by far one of the most challenging and EXHAUSTING years of my life.

It’s a funny thing because I know in the quantum field… EVERYTHING can change in an instant. Everything we want, need and desire is available to us NOW. We simply must believe it to be true and then choose it over and over again.

AND YET… sometimes it takes time for our REALITY to match with that of our desires.

We just have to keep holding a candle of faith that EVEN IF your dreams aren’t appearing NOW, that you know that by showing up and doing the work EVERY DAY… inner and outer… that one day you will be standing in those dreams. They simply haven’t happened YET.

So I sit here today… staring at this comparison of MYSELF and WHO I AM.

No longer the princess. Instead… THE EMPRESS.

The one who SHOWS UP AND CHOOSES HERSELF… FIRST.

The one who has stepped into what she born for…

The one who trusts that all is ALWAYS working FOR HER and so it does.

The one who knows that abundance is everywhere and so she creates it.

The one who has stopped waiting for other people to fix her and is shifting, changing and showing up differently day in and out.

The one who sees her fears and does the thing anyway.

The one who has learned that when anxiety appears… it’s simply a matter of BREATH. I GET TO CONTROL THAT. IT NO LONGER CONTROLS ME.

This woman respects and honours her time and energy. She no longer lets people or things into her energy field that are not going to help her rise up… that are bringing her vibes down. ONLY HIGH VIBE people, experiences and things.

The woman shut down everything about her prior business as it wasn’t soul-aligned anymore and who has raised her prices, created amazing packages and ways to work with her and stands in that VALUE because she helps her clients create their dreams beyond what they thought possible.

AND she has created the SPACE in her life to listen to SOUL… EVERY SINGLE DAY. This is MANDATORY… NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The woman on the right does everything in life led by soul.

If it isn’t a HELL YES… it’s a HELL NO. ALWAYS.

Even if there is a small amount of NO. It’s NO.

And even when it feels INSANE AND TRIGGERING… if it’s a YES… it’s a YES.

And because she lives her life more and more guided by soul EVERY SINGLE DAY…

She shines a little bit more… EVERY SINGLE DAY.

And life just gets BETTER AND BETTER.

More and more people finding me to work with me… magnetically attracted… showing up in my inbox saying Keri… I want to live a soul-aligned life too.

Wealth growing and growing…

Feeling more and more energy, vitality and aliveness…

Building a stronger and stronger relationship with my husband built on the premise that he loves all of me as I am… and I accept and love all of him as he is…

We have moved across the world and had some of our toughest times in life to do so.

This path has had MANY challenges… I have been triggered many days.

I have wanted to give up and throw it all in…

On motherhood, as a wife, as an entrepreneur, as a coach, as a writer…

I have not wanted to show up here.

I have been petrified to hit POST on many of my vulnerable sharings…

I have been worried that I would push all the people I love away in showing up for me.

I have had ALL THE FEELS.

but instead of giving up… I took some breaths… did the inner work and I KEEP GOING.

I KEEP SHOWING UP.

I keep saying YES to soul.

I keep having faith and belief that EVERYTHING I am working for is my reality.

And day by day… I get closer and closer to it all.

I look at the woman on the right and feel such awe, love, compassion, and reverence for the journey she has been on in order to become this woman.

i say it time and time again… and won’t stop saying it…

IF YOU WANT DIFFERENT RESULTS… LOOK AT WHO YOU ARE BEING… and BECOME THE PERSON WHO CREATES THOSE RESULTS.

PERIOD.

END OF STORY.

No one else can do it but you.

Even when you work with me… I Cannot do the work for you. I cannot make you pick up the pen and journal. I cannot make you do the meditation, the breath work. I cannot make you not put that food your mouth or pick you up and make you do the exercise…

I cannot make you SHOW UP for your followers…

I can’t do any of it FOR YOU.

YOU MUST…ABSOLUTELY MUST DECIDE and do it for yourself.

You must decide… YOU ARE WORTHY OF SHINING.

YOU ARE WORTHY OF EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR DREAMS becoming your reality…

SIMPLY FOR BEING YOU.

NO other reason than that.

AND then… you GET TO take ALL the aligned actions and INactions to get you there.
