For every pound of the 32 (15kgs) I have shred over the past 1.5 years, there has been a BELIEF that goes with it.
Something that disempowered me left.
Something that empowered me came on board and the more fully I could stand in my truth.
The more I have shown myself I can be safe on this wild ride…
The more my body compensates with releasing fat…
Allowing me to be seen.
This is THE WORK. The inner work.
IT’S an INNER GAME.
AND… Your outer game is a DIRECT reflection of your inner game.
I knew it the whole way through this journey. I have worked FOR YEARS to be able to get to this place.
It’s not always right under our noses.
it’s not going to be a quick fix.
It’s not in the superficial layers… or EVERYONE would have EVERYTHING they want right now.
You gotta be willing to dig deep and STAY THE COURSE even when things AREN’T SEEMINGLY working…
