Please…Turn it Up..Shine On!
You DIM your light.
You play small.
You hide in the shadows.
You come out only just enough, if at all…
For too many years… You have been told it’s not SAFE to stand out and SHINE.
You don’t deserve all that you desire.
All you Aussies and tall poppy syndrome that says… don’t outgrow the rest… stay the same size or we’ll chop you down.
So many ways that we are programmed to stay small.
But your staying small doesn’t serve ANYONE.
Your staying small only keeps you feeling less than amazing…
If you are playing small… not really shining as bright as you know you can…
You are not fully living your purpose.
You are not helping as many people as you know that you can.
And that thought… even reading that.. probably makes you want to shrivel up inside as you feel yourself slowly dying.

You probably see others dimming their light and you want to reach out and shake em up and say that you are sooo beautiful… the world needs your light shining brighter… needs to hear your message… PLEASE… TURN IT UP… SHINE ON.
And yet… you continue to dim yourself and not play as full out… ALL IN as you can.
