I believe an exceptional coach has to inherently understand human behaviour and mindset as it’s mandatory to understand to help a person through their patterns… their cycles… and help them truly create a long-lasting transformational space.
To be an exceptional coach, you also get to be an exceptional space holder and seer and lover.
What I have begun to really see lately is that not ALL coaches are healers too.
Many coaches go and work on the mindset alone but don’t lean into any of the other bodies… the spiritual, physical, emotional and energetic… and so there is a bottleneck.
You will only ever get so far if you only work with one aspect of yourself.
If you want to move to the next level of your evolution… you have to be willing to look at ALL the aspects of self so that you can give attention to them all and prepare them for their next steps.
And this is what I help people do…
Look at your mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic bodies and make sure they are all vibing high so that you can create the version of you that is already at your next level and so then you wake up one morning and you are standing there… looking at the daydream… but it’s real.
