A WEEK OFF OF WORK HAS BEEN SO AMAZING
I am a work-a-holic because I absolutely love what I do and the lines can be blurred between work and life. So the thought of a week off seemed super challenging for me.
I also made no rules about it. I decided if I was inspired to do something I would do it, but not because I felt compelled to work because I ‘needed’ to.
This week has been so full of fun, adventure, love, rest and connection. It was so amazing for all of us to get out of the house after months in it together. It was so good to just break the hum-drum routine that we have been in.
It was soo good for me to STOP WORKING and truly be present and live life.
It was great being in national parks that had no internet so that I couldn’t even be sneaky about it. I got to stare out the window, looking at nature, connecting with my family, connecting with the land.
I did spend a bit of time in the evenings, once everyone was asleep connecting with clients and my Healy team and that was amazing.
I did take an hour to finish the ‘Leaving a Legacy’ section of my book. It’s amazing.
I sold more Healys and introduced some new people to the Healy concept.
And otherwise… I played. I had fun. I smiled. I got sunburned from being outside so much.
I am so grateful for this break.
I am so grateful for always saying yes to my soul, for deeply listening and surrendering into the unknowns that I am presented with.
Anyone else out there working even harder and have even more growth during the time of Corona?
As this wild ride began to unfold, I knew it was my time to show up for the world in a bigger way. I knew this is why I am here. To help humanity ascend beyond the chaos that is here for us to navigate now.
I knew it was my time to be an anchor point for abundance and wealth on this planet, even through the tough times.
And let me tell you, it’s not ‘easy’ being a voice in the minority of what people think is possible right now.
It’s not ‘easy’ going against the grain.
It’s not ‘easy’ to speak the message coming through me, knowing that so many people will think I’m absolutely nuts to be bringing to the world.
And… I know that none of that is an excuse to stop.
And so I continue to rise above. I continue to shine knowing that the right people are out there that get to hear this message and I get to wake them up to ‘The New Wealth’.
And because of the intense time on the planet right now for all of us and then this choice that I made to help others rise above the chaos and you know writing a book and starting an amazing Healy growing Healy team… I was exhausted, on so many levels.
Humaning, mothering, wifing, working, decision making… you know, all the things. Exhausted. Like many of you are.
And I am so grateful for listening to my soul and my mother. She may have said to me… ‘you are not working. We are going on a HOLIDAY.

Let me tell you… I don’t necessarily do what she tells me. I rarely do actually. And when she said to me no working. At that moment I was like, ‘who are you to tell me that?’ And a moment later, I thought, ‘she’s right’. And so I booked the time out.
If you are running at a fast pace through life right now and diving into your purpose work like never before whilst also navigating the chaos of Corona, I highly recommend giving yourself a break. A real break.
Walk away from it all and just be present to life. Do whatever it takes.
You will thank yourself for it.
We head home early tomorrow morning and I’m excited to get back to work. I have a lot to get done to get this book to the world and everything that goes with it, a Healy team to build and support, and my amazing clients to work with and I’m ready to take it all on with a fresh, clear mind that has slept and rested.
