AND IT WAS ALL SO PERFECT!
What a fantastic night bringing in the new year with new friends.
A monster bonfire where we connected. Talked like we’ve been friends forever. Burned all that we are releasing from 2018. I drummed as we stood in the freezing circle. It was 8F (-14C).
The marshmallows and chocolate for the s’mores froze. There was frozen wine slushees.
And it was all so perfect.
None of it planned. Everything came together with such ease. Feeling so grateful for a beautiful night with gorgeous people. And even better… they live a couple minutes drive down the road.
New local friends. Yes, thank you. Exactly what I have been asking for and such a beautiful way to start the year.
