EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS SIMPLY A DECISION… STOP OVER-COMPLICATING IT
If you want something in your life… decide… commit… act… and stop letting your excuses and justifications get in the way.
If you want to create your dreams… BE THE PERSON WHO CREATES THEM.
11 days ago… I was a chocoholic and emotional eater.
Today… That is the past.
I wondered for my whole life, if I would EVER FREE MYSELF from the HORRID torment that would happen in my mind all day everyday around food.
It has gotten better over the years, but it still had it’s grips on me.
and 2 weeks ago I said ENOUGH. ENOUGH. ENOUGH.
And I knew… there was NO MORE mindset work… NO MORE energy work… NO MORE ANYTHING… that was going to stop this sabotaging mindset and behaviour then simply MAKING A DECISION AND GETTING OVER IT BY DOING THE THING.
The thing that I had justified my way around for YEARS and YEARS… You know… 40 of them! 
And so it was time to simply BE THE PERSON who didn’t have that torment her by committing to myself that every moment was SIMPLY A CHOICE.
And I CHOOSE ME!
It was not about starvation, weight loss or anything else… it was about CHOOSING ME and breaking this thing that has plagued me for life.
Not only have a cleansed my food… but I have been on a manic mission round my house too. And ANYONE who knows me knows… I’m not a naturally tidy person. Piles USED TO get dumped on my kitchen counter… kids toys scattered… you know… all the things…
But that too… was cluttering my energetic field and so I DECIDED… I GET TO BE TIDY.
And my house has been pretty immaculate, ever since.
I DECIDED.
I see this TIME AND TIME AGAIN with EVERYONE.
We are ALL human and we all fall into this justification and excuses etc at some point in time. Thank you ego.
But when you are ready to up level your life… you simply decide and BE THE PERSON.
There is NO ONE… no THING in the world that can make you do that… except you.
And you GET TO CHOOSE YOU and STICK TO YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOU.
Whether it’s with food… exercise… SHOWING UP for your business… being VISIBLE… selling your product or service… bringing in a romantic partner… bringing in more and more money…
WHATEVER the thing that you have been putting at arms length and saying you are not worthy of… you do not deserve…
You simply decide to BE THE PERSON WHO SHOWS UP AND CREATES THE THING AND THEN DO IT.
Drop your excuses.
Choose you.
EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF EVERY SINGLE DAY.
And if that triggers you and you think you could never possibly do that or you THINK you need to do MORE than that…

No one can do this but you and it’s simply a decision that that you are worthy of EVERYTHING you desire and that you will do WHATEVER it takes… including investing in you… in whatever way is necessary and assuming it will return to you ten fold for doing so.
AND YES… IT WILL.
