I have some advice for you after 15 years in the industry and battling emotional and binge eating for most of my life.
THROW YOUR DIETS AWAY.
Do you feel better already?
I mean they aren’t going to work, are they? So… stop beating yourself up trying.
Look at yourself.
You have the same damn patterns around food, so stop beating yourself up when you end up falling off your “diet” bandwagon 1 week into the year. You will save yourself plenty of heartbreak.
Instead…
Follow your soul.
Listen to what your body wants.
BUT REALLY LISTEN.
Because really…
Your body WANTS YOU TO RETURN TO BASICS.
It wants you to return to the earth.
These principles will help you to feel amazing and be healthy… speaking from someone that hasn’t been ‘sick’ in years.
1. Eat WHOLE FOODS that come from the earth
2. DRINK CLEAN WATER
BTW- we got an INCREDIBLE water filter last year and I can honestly say… I hate leaving home and not having my water. I miss it, every time. It just feels and tastes so good to drink.
We have had another incredible water filter before this one, but we definitely upgraded this year.
I will say… that drinking QUALITY WATER IS A MUST FOR YOUR HEALTH AND ENERGY LEVELS.

3. REMOVE CHEMICALS from your lotions, creams, soaps, shampoos.
They are toxic and your skin is your biggest organ in your body, absorbing all those chemicals right into your beautiful internal eco-system that you are now poisoning.
4. REMOVE CHEMICALS from cleaning products.
Use natural ones or things like Enjo (Australia) and Norwex (US). I am obsessed with Enjo. Been using it for about 15 years. It makes cleaning easy and completely free of chemicals.
5. LOOK TO THE EARTH FOR MEDICINE.
Stop taking so much of that over the counter shit that is only masking the problem and you are suffering from symptoms of a systemic problem that none of those pills will fix.
There are herbs, homeopathics, vitamins and so much more that can help you feel AMAZING.
6. GO OUTSIDE.
Look around, see the beauty around you, breathe in the fresh air, speak to the birds, hug a tree, sit on the earth and listen to her heartbeat….
6. CLEAR your mind, your relationships, your life of TOXICITY.
It may challenge you immensely to do this… but it will change your life and your health will definitely improve. I have no doubt about it.

7. GRATITUDE
Find gratitude in every moment of the day. EVERYTHING in your life is there for a reason. The more you can be grateful for it all… the good and bad… the better life gets.
These are the beginnings of principles that I live by.
Maybe this year… you can make some resolutions with yourself that you can keep.
Maybe you can let go of the ridiculous expectations of yourself that you will never keep… and simply… listen to the call of your soul and be you.
BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU THERE IS.
LOVE YOURSELF.
