I WAS STUCK ON THE DAMN HAMSTER WHEEL AND DECIDED TO GET OFF!
You know the one… with the same old broken stories and same old outcomes, year in and year out.
Saying to yourself… THIS IS THE YEAR. This is the year that my fairy tales come true.
And year after year they stay much the same…
Even as I showed up more,
Even as i said I’m ALL IN.
Even as i DID what needed to be done…
Even when I journaled daily…
THE SAME FRICKIN STORIES…
KEPT ME STUCK.
It wasn’t until I FRICKIN DECIDED I WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN MY DREAMS…
AND showed up in EVERY FRICKIN WAY to create them.
EVERY time I have been asked by soul to do something…
I SAY YES.
The amount of times each day that fears come up for me as I say yes to soul… oh my.
This road is challenging in THE MOST AMAZING WAY.
But the ONLY DAMN WAY YOU ARE GOING TO CREATE YOUR DREAMS…
Is by BEING THE PERSON NOW.
RIGHT NOW.
Not tomorrow…
Not one day…
Not when you get them…
THE ONLY WAY…
DO IT NOW.
Draw a line in the sand and choose you.
EVERY MOMENT OF THE DAY CHOOSE YOU.
This first picture on the left was taken in October 2018 when I was in Ibiza.
I freed myself that week.
I went places I didn’t know I could go.
And what unfolded for me after my surgery… is beyond words.
But ALL OF IT is because I ALWAYS say yes to my soul.
And… I had my ‘fuck this shit’ moment at some point along the way…
And since then…
I get smaller and smaller every day.

I’m FINALLY wearing my FAV pants from about 5 years ago. I let go of MOST of my clothes from smaller sizes but these pants… I just wanted to wear them again.
I SQUEALED today when I put them on and they FIT! OMG!**
My relationship with my husband is going places I have only ever dreamed of for years.
My relationship with my kids is simply amazing.
My relationship with my mama gets better and better every day… I mean like to places I DREAMED about and WISHED for for more years than i can remember.
My finances are improving EVERY SINGLE DAY… More money showing up for me all the time… abundance is everywhere… gifts coming… It’s truly amazing.
This is HAPPENING because I MADE A COMMITMENT TO MYSELF to listen to soul ALWAYS.
And when soul asked me to invest in myself more and more… when it has felt so frickin uncomfortable to do so… I don’t want to think about the tens of thousands of dollars I have invested in myself over the past 2 years.
But seriously I believe… that’s what it takes.
Because if it wasn’t for my mentors, coaches and healers pulling me up… I wouldn’t be here right now.
I’d still be on that damn hamster wheel.
EACH AND EVERYONE of them has played their part to get me where I am today. Even if the success wasn’t at the time I was working with them.
So… if you are ready to step off the hamster wheel and FULLY COMMIT to yourself… what you will know is that you are INVESTING IN YOURSELF…
