You hear it all the time, right?

And ultimately what he says… states like anger, judgement, shame, fear and guilt are very low vibration in your system.
States like joy, peace, love, acceptance are a higher vibration.
So… our mission in life, should you choose to accept it… is to be in the higher vibrational ways of being.
But here is where people so often go wrong in this.
It’s not about IGNORING the lower vibrational states. Because without feeling anger fully, you won’t feel JOY fully.
it’s about being present to all of them.
And then… acknowledging where you are at.
I’m going to speak from experience now…
I used to live a lot of my life in those low vibe states… and I was taught when I was growing up to put on a mask and make it all look ok anyway. But my body, my heart, my soul… it was HURT and life was hard.
The more and more and more I have dedicated my life to NOT ONLY working on my mindset, because that is only a piece of it…
but to clearing my energetic field so that I literally blow away the darkness in my energetic field…
the more my vibes raise and the more and more my life expands into what I have always dreamed of.
You can’t just ‘muscle’ your way through this.
You can’t just think it and it is so as so many of the manifesting books teach you.
You can to an extent.
And it’s a massive part of it.
Because first you absolutely MUST decide what you desire, commit to having that, no matter what… and then you commit to making the changes necessary to shift your life in the direction of your dreams.
