OMG… If I could tell you ALL THE RIDICULOUS stories that I hear people tell me ALL THE TIME… You’d laugh.

You’d laugh at the ridiculousness of what you tell yourself that LIMITS YOU… ALL DAY LONG.
And with EACH Story you tell… you stay further and further away from your dreams.
It may look like this…
– I can’t go over and talk to that person, they will think… and so you don’t.
– I can’t ever get the loan for a… the (insert institution or person that is lending you the money) will NEVER give me the loan… and so you never ask.
– I can’t possibly afford to hire a coach, assistant, cleaner, chef, etc… it will be too expensive… and so you never even get a quote to find out how much it will cost and then simply ask for that increase in income that allows you to afford it.
– I can’t lose weight, I’m too… And so you sabotage your health.
– The list goes on and on…
ALL OF THEM… BS Stories that you are making up in your head.
It takes the same amount of time and energy to make up an EMPOWERING story and LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS to create your dreams.
Think about that. Really.
Think about what you tell yourself about everything.
Whatever you tell yourself is what you believe.
It is so dang simple.
Just tell yourself what you want.
Stop telling yourself stories of lack, disempowerment, aloneness, frustration… that’s what you will get.
Tell yourself stories of love, connection, joy, abundance, etc… and that is what you will get.
Hang with people that will raise you up.
