WHO IS IN YOUR CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE?

I opened up my FB feed today to see a High school friend have a song he wrote get a BMI music award. I’ve been watching his journey unfold as he writes for some of the top musicians on the radio today… And every time I see his music get another award… I smile and feel all warm and fuzzy.

I have another high school friend who is doing incredible things in her writing and producing career and blows my mind with her incredible talent… writing and producing on probably some of your fav tv shows.

The list goes on… I seriously love opening my feed to see my circle accomplishing such incredible success in their careers and also in their relationships and health etc…

The point of this… I’m surrounded by success. PURPOSEFULLY.

It is said… the level of your success is directly related to your most inner circle of peeps that you hang out with. So have a look around you… what do you see?

Look at your closest friends… are they living the life you want to live? Are they striving to get there with you? Or… are they downers who pull you down… are they full of excuses for why their life is not where they want to be… Do they always WISH they had the relationship, health, money, career, etc, but not creating it?

What about what you see on your FB feed? What are you filling your mind with? Success or excuses? People living their dreams or not?

What you feed your mind with every day… the people you hang with everyday… IT MATTERS.

I have had people ask me… why do I charge the prices I do to work with me? Saying… the can’t afford me… when ON THE SAME CALL… I told them EXACTLY what to do to IMMEDIATELY create the income they needed to GROW THEIR BUSINESS so that they could afford me… they would have had the money right away. AND then… would have kept growing… I can just about guarantee she hasn’t done the super easy thing I invited her to do, because she is stuck in that lack and limitation.

THAT IS WHY I charge what I do… AND why I am constantly stretching myself in MY investments with mentors… pushing myself out of MY comfort zone…

Because… in order to achieve the next level dreams… you gotta learn to think like the next level person.

How do you do that? You intimately HANG AROUND THEM. You follow them. You model them. You take on their thoughts and beliefs. And… if you want to play next level and be in someone who is going to take you to your next level’s inner circle… be willing to pay for it. Because I promise you… we won’t be giving our “inner circle” energy away for free. That is sacred.

In order to help take you to your dreams… it takes my energy and yours… and I give that energy FULLY to those who are willing to invest in themselves, because I KNOW… they are the ones who will DO THE WORK to get where they want to go. Otherwise… it’s a waste of my energy and I won’t have that. Period.

Be willing to back yourself and believe in yourself so much that you KNOW there is no other way. AND IF YOU HAVE THAT LEVEL OF BELIEF… You will invest in yourself because… YOU KNOW… it will come back to you.

It doesn’t matter what the investment is in… You want to feel amazing… invest in your health with a person who can guide you there… etc etc…

No matter what you want… it comes down to knowing the BELIEFS AND THOUGHTS of the person who is ALREADY DOING WHAT YOU WANT to be. AND SURROUNDING YOURSELF with that.

It may mean you have to “fire your friends”. It may mean you will feel alone for a bit… but what I can tell you is… that in that space… you will be able to take the time to re-program your mind to FILTER AND ALIGN TO all your dreams becoming your reality.

My friends who are doing incredible things in the entertainment industry didn’t get there overnight. There was a windy road to get there. But I guarantee you… they believed they could and then DID EVERYTHING IT TOOK to be the person who gets to write award winning songs and tv shows.

So tell me… are you surrounded by people who inspire you and lift you up? Are you ready for support to shift your mindset and your energy so that you can shift your life and create ALL of your dreams?

PS- This is a picture of my grandfather (on the right) with President Dwight D Eishenhower and Chuck Percy who in the ’70’s was a Senator from Illinois and formerly the President of Bell and Howell.

I had never seen this pic before, but what I do know is… my grandfather didn’t become the iconic man that he was alone. He was surrounded by an incredible circle of influence. And if there is one thing I definitely learned from him… it’s not WHAT you know… it’s WHO you know.  AND… the incredible inner belief that you create your reality and your success. You just gotta believe it to be possible and do what it takes to get there.
